> This documentation provides a structured overview of the product offerings within the BizMarket layer of the Bitsave ecosystem.

### BizShares — Tokenized Instruments

BizShares are RWAs that represent structured financial exposure to real-world businesses and sovereign instruments funded through BizMarket. Each BizShare corresponds to a defined financial agreement between a business, issuer, or the protocol, with payouts routed to holders via the distribution system.

BizShares are organized into three product classes:

* **BizYield** — revenue participation instruments with monthly payouts
* **BizCredit** — credit pool instruments with weekly payouts
* **BizBond** — government-backed instruments with fixed annual returns

Each category defines distinct rules for payouts, transferability, and investor rights.

### BizYield (Revenue Instruments)

BizYield represents a share of verified monthly business revenue.

* Businesses keep ownership and share revenue for a fixed term.
* Investors receive monthly payouts in stablecoins.
* Returns vary with business performance.

### BizCredit (Lending Instruments)

BizCredit represents exposure to BizMarket's managed credit pool.

* Each share is priced at \$100.
* Investors receive weekly stablecoin payments over a 12-week cycle.
* Principal is paid back through out the share cycle and is paid in full (plus interest) by the end.

### BizBond (Treasury Bills)

BizBond represents exposure to sovereign and quasi-sovereign instruments held by BizMarket.

* Returns are fixed at 10% annually.
* Payments are made quarterly or at maturity depending on the series.
* The product is designed for capital preservation.
